Most Important Meal? Breakfast of course!

Recently I have had an influx of recipes sent to me from readers, thank you very much! I have been very excited to try them out! With all of this snow I have plenty of time, but here is the problem; I haven’t been able to drive anywhere to get the ingredients!!! Here’s the other problem the snow has caused: no classes, no clients, no money! Until I get back on track I have put together a quick and easy breakfast for you to try out. :)

The best part of this whole thing is that it literally takes 4 seconds to make. There are only a few ingredients and all you do is throw them together in a bowl. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

First I put a decent serving of all organic vanilla flavored yogurt into a bowl. Then I added in some organic flax and pumpkin seed granola, sliced up a banana, and threw a few nuts in. Very delicious! Takes a few seconds.

Yesterday I also made some orange and cranberry scones with a super easy pre-packaged (all natural) mix! I think it was a little bit on the plain side, but I added a little bit of cinnamon on top and it is very good. I used “Cook-In-The-Kitchen All Natural Scone and Muffin Mix”. Also incredibly fast, all you do is add water and bake for 15 minutes! I think it made an excellent combination with the banana-granola yogurt. And I’m always drinking a spot of green tea with my breakfast, which I feel makes an excellent addition to the meal.
